License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the AgentGraph Kit source code (the "Software") for the following purposes:

• Development of personal projects
• Development of commercial projects and SaaS applications
• Development of projects for clients or employers
• Modification and customization of the Software

2. Restrictions

This license does NOT grant you the right to:

• Redistribute the Software — You may not share, sell, or distribute the source code as a standalone product, template, or boilerplate kit
• Create competing products — You may not use the Software to create a similar boilerplate or starter kit for sale
• Sub-license — You may not grant licenses to the Software to any third party
• Share access — Each developer requires their own license

3. Ownership

The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights to the original Software. You own any modifications you make and any applications you build using the Software.

4. Updates

Your license includes lifetime access to updates. Updates will be delivered via the same download link or notification email used for the original purchase.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
